Sun Club is a bespoke label dedicated to crafting vibrant and fun-ctional beachwear. Founded by Summer Stuz, whose deep affection for the ocean, sunshine, and creativity fuels her work. Summer's vision is to merge fashion and nature, creating unique pieces that reflect her passion for both.
Living in a stunning coastal town, Summer needed beachwear that suited her active lifestyle. She envisioned pieces that would seamlessly transition from beach to everyday wear, designed with intention and sustainability.
Sun Club transforms vintage, upcycled towels into one-of-a-kind beachwear pieces. Each item is designed for those who cherish sunny days by the sea and embrace a natural, slow lifestyle. By using up-cycled towels, Sun Club champions a reduction in consumption, offering fun, bold, and practical clothing that celebrates the essence of beach life.
Sun Club emerged in October 2022, a creative response to Summer’s job loss due to Covid. With limited employment prospects in her small town, Summer revisited her love for sewing and design. After six months of planning and investment, she took a leap of faith and launched Sun Club, turning a challenging situation into a vibrant new venture.
Based in Rainbow Beach, QLD, Sun Club operates out of Summer's converted back shed studio. While the space may trade glamorous white walls for sheet metal, and tiled floors for concrete, it is here amidst the practicality of garage doors and open space, that each piece is lovingly designed and made by Summer herself.

A heartfelt thank you goes out to all my girlfriends who generously volunteer for photo shoots, my partner who bravely tackles the overlocking machine when my time runs poor, and the awesome Rainbow Beach community for being such enthusiastic cheerleaders.
