Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving your item. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returned items must still have tags on
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Reply to your order confirmation, or contact us directly to request which products you would like to return
- Return products to Shop 5/1 Rainbow Beach Road, Rainbow Beach, QLD, 4581
Once you are in contact with us we will keep you updated on your return.
A store credit or replacement product will be authorised once return product has been mailed, and confirmation received.
Refunds may take up to 7 days after items have been received.
Please note:
- Customers must pay for shipping on their returned items unless:
- items are damaged or not-up-to-scratch, the shipping price of returned items will also be refunded
- If you are returning an item to swap with a different product, you will not be charged shipping of new item (*this does not apply to store credits)
