Best Practices for Sun Club Pieces
We recommend washing your item prior to use.
Wash in Cold Water:
Washing towels in cold water helps preserve the fibres, preventing them from weakening and fading. It also saves energy, making it an eco-friendly choice that’s gentler on your towels.
Avoid Chemical Softeners:
Chemical fabric softeners can coat towel fibres, reducing their absorbency over time. Opt for natural alternatives like vinegar to keep your towels soft without sacrificing their performance. Use 1/2 cup of vinegar per load.

Wash Dark and Light Towels Separately:
To prevent colours from bleeding and keep your piece looking fresh, always wash dark and light towels separately. This simple step ensures your whites stay bright and your darks stay vibrant.
Wash After Every Few Uses:
To maintain cleanliness and prevent any build-up of bacteria, wash your piece every 3-4 uses. Regular washing ensures your towels remain fresh and absorbent for longer periods.

Drying with the Sun:
Whenever possible, line-dry your Sun Club pieces in the sun, making sure to turn them inside out. The natural UV rays act as a disinfectant and keep your towels smelling fresh, all while preserving their fluffy texture.
Drying on Low Tumble Dry Heat:
If you use a dryer, always tumble dry your pieces on low heat. High heat can damage the fibres and reduce absorbency, while low heat keeps your towels soft and intact for longer.
